Terms of Service 

 

 

1️⃣ Definitions

  • “Services” – all online courses, 1:1 sessions, VIP Days, Masterminds, Masterclasses, Hypermind experiences, audio/video materials, educational/development content, including breathwork, somatic and energy practices, and work with life/sexual energy.
  • “Participant / Client” – any person using the Services or purchasing products.

 

2️⃣ Age restriction

  • Services are only available to adults (18+).
  • Participant confirms they meet the age requirement at purchase.

 

3️⃣ Nature of Services and Responsibility

  • All materials and sessions are educational and developmental.
  • Participant may always refuse any exercise or session.
  • Participant is fully responsible for themselves and their experiences.
  • Materials and sessions do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial consultation – if needed, participant should seek a qualified specialist.
  • Outcomes depend on individual situation and engagement; no guarantees are made.

 

4️⃣ Consent to start

  • Online courses, 1:1 sessions, and VIP Days may start immediately after purchase.
  •  Digital products delivered immediately are not eligible for 14-day withdrawal, if participant agreed to start using them before the 14-day period.

 

5️⃣ Refunds

Online courses and 1:1 sessions:

  • Refunds only available within 14 days from purchase and only for unused sessions or portions of the course.

VIP Day:

  • Refund up to 50% of the price, only available within 14 days from purchase if requested at least 14 days before the VIP Day.
  • No refund available after this period.

General rules:

  • Claims are limited to the product price or unused portion of the service.
  • No refunds for digital products that have been delivered and made accessible immediately.

 

6️⃣ Usage rules

  • Content is protected by copyright – copying, sharing, or selling without permission is prohibited.
  • Materials and sessions are for personal, educational, and developmental use only.
  • Participant uses services at their own responsibility.

 

7️⃣ Complaints, Mediation, and Governing Law

  • Complaints and disputes are governed by Polish law.
  •  Mediation is recommended before legal action.
  • Disputes not resolved amicably will be resolved by the court competent for the provider’s registered office in Poland.

 

8️⃣ Privacy and cookies

  • Data is processed according to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
  • Participant consents to processing for program delivery, communication, billing, analytics, and marketing (where required).

 

9️⃣ Final provisions

  • Terms come into effect on publication and apply to all participants.
  • Changes will be announced on the website or via communication.
  • Using the services constitutes full acceptance of the Terms.
